Withdean Sports Complex Training Centre is a small detached building in the lower car park near the Sportsman Pub. If you are at the main entrance, walk down towards the car park, past the Sportsman Pub. The Training Centre is further down on the right.
There is plenty of FREE parking in the complex car park however you MUST REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE ON THE SCREEN AT MAIN RECEPTION TO PARK ALL DAY.
The LOWER CAR PARK is the closest one to the Training Centre.
Alternatively, the nearest train station is Preston Park and there are several buses that stop on London Road (5 min walk under the railway bridge) or the no 27 stops directly outside the complex.
